CASA ALONSO

In the year 2015, a captivating project came to life, curated in collaboration with the visionary interior designer Luis Fernando Moro. This distinctive venture was marked by a bespoke sculpture meticulously crafted for a discerning client and their architectural space. The essence of this creation lies in its seamless fusion of Eastern and Western cultures, a perfect amalgamation designed to resonate with the unique aesthetic preferences of the client.

At the heart of this artistic endeavor stands a sculpture that transcends boundaries—a harmonious convergence of cultures. The focal point of this masterpiece is a portrayal of the iconic Mona Lisa adorned in a burka, symbolizing a poetic synthesis of East and West. This intentional juxtaposition not only pays homage to two distinct cultural realms but also invites viewers to contemplate the rich tapestry of diversity and interconnectedness.

Facilitated by Luis Fernando Moro's discerning eye for design, this project serves as a testament to the power of art to transcend cultural divides and create a space where diverse influences coalesce seamlessly. The sculpture, a striking embodiment of this philosophy, stands as a unique and thought-provoking addition to the intersection of art, culture, and design.
